Our studio is centered around our vintage 32 channel Neve 8108 console originally purchased by George Lucas and used in Building C Screening Room at Lucas Film. It was used there for mixing films for the Star Wars franchise as well as a load of Spielberg films and other LucasFilm projects. The Return of the Jedi, Willow, Indiana Jones and MANY other films were mixed on this very desk! In the late 90s it was sold to Bill Ham ( ZZ Top's manager ) and was used in the Hammstein writer's studio.
We are getting the analog Neve sounds to the computer using Universal Audio Apollo audio interfaces. We use Avid Pro Tools recording software. We are loaded up with plugins in addition to a selection of outboard equipment.
We have a generous selection of microphones by:
Neumann
Stam
AKG
Shure
Audix
EV
Beyer Dynamic
and many others.
